The Mata Sahib Kaur Educational Trust (MSKET) is a registered charity in the UK (No.1178173). The charity provides an educational platform to enlighten people about the Sikh way of life and raise awareness of the teachings by Mata Sahib Kaur (Mother of the Khalsa) for an inclusive better world.
MSKET has been working with a registered charity in India called the Mata Sahib Kaur Sewewala Welfare Society (MSKSWS) putting the teachings into practice via several social welfare projects led by volunteers. The charity also organises various events and programmes throughout the year in other parts of the world, mainly UK. Some examples are Sikh education camps for hundreds of children who know very little about the Sikh faith English speaking and writing courses for young people Motivational camps for women of all ages Career counselling and sports coaching for young people (particularly young women)
The charity uses TV and other media to raise awareness about Sikhi and Mata Sahib Kaur. MSKET is working in association with Nihal Nihal Nihal Productions on the movie project, Motherhood: The Journey of Mata Sahib Kaur, which is currently it’s biggest project to date.
